Shipping Policy:
We Ship our Gift Baskets with UPS. All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Expect 4-7 days for your order to be delivered by UPS Ground. Additional cost will apply to receive your order Next Day or 2nd Day. Shipping costs reflect for the Continental US only. Additional cost will apply for Alaska and Hawaii. All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you. Items shipped to an incorrect address will be charged $20.00 to be re-routed to the correct address.

Fruit: Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions.
Monday through Wednesday standard and next day air shipping are the available options.
Thursday Next Day air is the only option
There is no shipping of fruit on Friday.(We do not offer Saturday delivery on Fruit)
(All fruit orders placed on Thursday and Friday via "standard" ground will be shipped on Monday.)
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 7 days of delivery (basket should be packed in its original pack as delivered). You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item.
Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost
All items must be returned in the original container
All returns must have a completed return request form.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs
For returns you must call for authorization

All orders must be cancelled 10 hours after the order is made to ensure a refund can be processed rapidly. Please allow up to 24 hours for the payment to be refunded back to your credit/debit card.
